Bemer Rental Agreement

  • 1. Equipment Description The Owner agrees to rent the following equipment (“Equipment”) to the Renter: * 1 Equine BEMER Blanket * 2 Equine BEMER Leg Cuffs

    2. Rental Term & Fee * Rental Fee: $300 per week Payment is due in full before the Equipment is released. The Renter acknowledges that standard BEMER sessions are typically $45 per session, and that this weekly rental rate reflects discounted access for extended use.

    3. Replacement Cost / Damage Responsibility * The full replacement cost of the Equipment is $5,000. * The Renter accepts full financial responsibility for the Equipment during the rental period. * If the Equipment is lost, stolen, damaged, or rendered unusable for any reason while in the Renter’s possession, the Renter agrees to pay up to the full replacement cost of $5,000, plus any applicable shipping or repair costs. * Normal wear from proper use is excepted.

    4. Use Restrictions * Equipment is for equine use only. * Equipment may only be used on horses owned or leased by the Renter. * Equipment may not be loaned, sub-rented, or used by third parties without written permission from the Owner. * The Renter agrees to follow all manufacturer guidelines and instructions.

    5. Care, Storage & Return * The Renter agrees to properly care for, store, and transport the Equipment. * Equipment must be returned clean, dry, and in working condition. * Equipment must be returned on or before the agreed end date unless extended in writing.

    6. No Medical Guarantees The Renter understands that BEMER therapy is not veterinary medical treatment. No guarantees are made regarding performance, results, or health outcomes.

    7. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver The Renter assumes all risks associated with the use of the Equipment and agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Owner from any claims, injuries, losses, or damages arising from its use.

    8. Early Return / Refund Policy Rental fees are non-refundable once the rental period begins. Early return does not reduce the rental fee.

    9. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.

    10. Electronic Agreement & Signature This Agreement is intended to be executed electronically.
  • By submitting this form I understand that this is a liability release and agree to hold harmless the Jason Jones & Josh Johnson family, JJ Arena LLC for any and all incidents that may occur to myself or my property while I am on the property of Josh Johnson family, JJ Arena LLC.
