NOTICE: A person who is engaged for compensation in the rental of equines or equine equipment or tack or in the instruction of a person in the riding or driving of an equine or in being a passenger upon an equine is not liable for the injury of death of a person involved in equine activities resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities, as defined in section 895.481 (1) © of the Wisconsin Statutes.

I have read and understand the terms above including the fact the JJ Arena / JJ Web Services and More LLC are not liable for the injury or death of a person involved in ANY equine activities. Furthermore and I understand that it is my responsibility to insure my tack, equipment, horse and any other property and that JJ Arena / JJ Web Services and More LLC are not liable for any loss or damage done to my property.

I understand that this is a liability release and agree to hold harmless the Jason Jones & Josh Johnson family, JJ Arena, JJ Web Services and More LLC for any and all incidents that may occur to myself or my property while I am on the property of Josh Johnson family, Jonzy Farms, JJ Arena, and JJ Web Services and More LLC.
